All room types include breakfast.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Children aged 1–3 stay free. Children aged 4–6 are charged half price. Children aged 7 and above are charged the full rate.

Postponements and cancellations are strictly prohibited. If a booking is postponed or cancelled, the resort does not provide a refund under any circumstances.

Cancelling a reservation, or not arriving on the check-in date, is non-refundable in any case.

Group and tour bookings cannot be postponed or rescheduled under any circumstances, as the impact is greater than for guests who book independently.

If a guest does not make contact through any channel by 15:00 on the arrival date, the resort may cancel the booked room without prior notice.

Bringing outside food and drinks into the resort area is not permitted. Violation incurs a fine of 2,000 baht per room.

Please refrain from bringing any food or beverages into the resort's common areas and restaurant; permission must be requested and the resort reserves the right to charge a fee.

Cooking is not permitted in rooms, resort areas or on the beach. The resort does not provide in-room dining; the room service department operates from 08:00 to 19:00.

Pets are kindly not permitted to stay at the resort.

Portable speakers that may disturb other guests are not allowed at any time.

Please check your stay confirmation for accuracy. Report any errors within 1 business hour; after this time the resort will consider the confirmation correct.

We collect only the information needed to process your booking and provide our services — such as your name, contact details and stay preferences.

Your data is kept confidential and is never sold. It is shared only with trusted partners, such as our booking and payment providers, as required to complete your reservation. You may contact us at any time to access or remove your information.
